6.1 Minimum Deposit

6.2 Third-Party Deposits

6.3 Cryptocurrency Deposits

Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of crediting. The Platform is not responsible for fluctuations in cryptocurrency valuations between the time of transfer and the time of crediting. A minimum equivalent of MYR 30 applies to crypto deposits.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions: your account must have passed KYC verification; your real money balance must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold of RM50; and there must be no outstanding investigation or fraud flag on your account.

7.1 Processing Times

Verified accounts typically receive withdrawal transfers within 5 to 30 minutes for local bank and e-wallet methods. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may take longer depending on blockchain congestion. comel88 is not responsible for delays caused by receiving banks or payment processors.

7.2 Withdrawal to Source

Where an account is closed for reasons other than player misconduct, any real money balance (net of active bonus funds) will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable period. Where closure results from a breach of these Terms, comel88 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation.
